Wild Fire is a thick sauce of mild to medium heat showcasing a tasty mix of jalapeno chillies, shallots and wild garlic alongside a surprisingly cheeky tang of lime. It's perfect to add a bit of zing to Mexican food, lamb, grilled fish or burgers.
Each bottle has been lovingly handcrafted by us in small batches using high quality produce. We have handpicked the wild garlic in the Mendip woodlands (with the land owners permission!), and when the season is right, the chillies in this product have been grown by us in North Somerset using natural and responsible methods.
This product is naturally gluten free and contains no animal products (vegan).
